Ready to Ship Pieces
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, and carefully packaged and shipped from Portland, Oregon. A confirmation email will be sent to you with tracking information so you can track the progress of your order.

Semi-Custom Pieces

Semi-Custom pieces are made to order per your size specifications and stone choice. Please allow a few weeks for your special piece to be handcrafted, polished, and carefully packaged & shipped from Portland, Oregon (specific turnaround time for each semi-custom piece can be found in item description). You will receive periodic updates on the status of your order, as well as tracking information once it has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (US)
Free US Shipping is included on orders over $149 USD. Orders under $149 USD ship for a flat rate of $7 USD. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days) and are insured.
Shipping can be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping (next day-2 business days) on all orders for a fee calculated at checkout.

International Shipping
Free International Shipping is included on orders over $299 USD. Orders under $299 USD ship for a fee calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International (7-21 business days) and are insured.
International orders may be subject to customs fees and/or international taxes, for which the buyer is fully responsible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be sure to carefully review item descriptions and sizes before purchasing. Returns and exchanges cannot be accommodated due to sizing or if you change your mind. If you have questions about sizing, dimensions, etc. please contact shelby@modecojewelry.com prior to placing your order.
